Rubbish Rangers™ Terms & Conditions

Rules and Restrictions:
By purchasing the Rubbish Rangers waste removal service you agree to the full rules and regulations stated below. You must call  352 241 8600 directly to cancel or change your service. No refunds will be given for early pick-up of a container.

Customer shall not relocate, overload the equipment, nor use it for incineration purposes, and shall be liable to the Contractor for loss of damage in excess of reasonable wear and tear.

Customer shall not load Roll-Off equipment in excess of 24,000 pounds.  Customer shall not load equipment to protrude above the height of equipment sides.  $200.00 will apply.

Waste Debris
Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be “waste debris" as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. The term "waste material" as used in these Terms & Conditions shall mean solid waste generated by Customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous material. The term "hazardous debris" shall include, but not be limited to, any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or applicable by law. Title to and liability for any waste excluded above shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contractor from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of such waste excluded above. Other prohibited items include, and are not limited to, liquids, solvents, chemicals, freon, batteries, paint cans (unless dry), biohazards, medical waste, propane tanks, asbestos, lead painted materials, dirt, equipment containing gas or oil, household garbage. Restrictions and fees may apply to appliances, furniture, refrigerators, freezers, box springs, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, televisions, monitors and computers. Please inquire with specific questions.

Charges and capacity
Maximum tonnage included in the package is listed under Max tons in order description section, any excess is charged at fees listed rounded up to full ton. Be it known that the weight of the delivery truck and empty/ full equipment is substantial. The Customer will provide sufficient access to deliver and retrieve equipment inclusive of load bearing capability. Contractor will not be held responsible for damages to yard, shrubs, fences, or pavement.

Service/Overage Fees      Commencing 15 days after delivery, a service fee will be applied on all Roll-Off containers.  Overage fees do apply to all containers above predetermined weight limits, especially concrete, asphalt, land clearing and dirt.

Equipment care
The equipment delivered to the customer is the property of the contractor and therefore the customer will take reasonable care of it. Any damage, movement, loss, etc. will be charged to the customer. All claims arising out of improper use or allowed access by the customer will be their sole responsibility for damages, injuries, wrongful death, suits, penalties and fines that arise. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is secure until it is picked-up by the vendor. Leaving a site unattended does not excuse liability or charges for contamination or overages.

Cancellations or changes
Cancellations must be  made within 72  hours prior to  ordering ,the is a  $200.00 penalty. Cancellations made on the date could be subject to costs incurred up to 100% of stated charges. All refund requests must occur within 30-days of service completion. Any refunds given will be at the sole discretion of Rubbish Rangers.

Reasonable control
Rubbish Rangers and its contractors warrant that they will make every effort to deliver and pick-up as directed under contract. They are not liable for forces of nature, strikes, laws, inhibited access, etc. that are beyond their control.

Driveways and Parking Areas
Customer warrants that any access / location provided for Contractor's equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to any pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to utilities, property, lawns, fences or shrubbery.
