The drivers, both picking up and taking away, were very outgoing and informative people who were great ambassadors and knew their jobs well. We enjoyed watching them work and talking with them. The dumpster was just as advertised and worked very well for what we wanted to be able to do. I was given plenty of time even though we had a deadline to get the dumpster filled and gone.   • What if I need to change or cancel my order?
    You may cancel or change an order either on line or by calling (352) 352-241-8600. Please have your order info, when cancelling or making changes. All order modifications must occur a minimum of one full business day . A minimum cancellation fee of $150.00 will be incurred for all order cancellations per the terms of the agreement.
  • What if I fill up my container before I am done?
    You may order an additional haul for your container either on line or by calling (352) 352-8600.  Additional haul charges equal to the amount of the first haul will apply.
  • What if I need to change the date I need the container?

  • What if the location where I need the container changes?

  • How far in advance do I need to order? 
    When ordering online one business day advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a container is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.
  • Is emergency delivery available? 
    Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply. All online orders must occur atone business day in  advance to allow for processing, as terms and conditions apply.
  • Is service available 24 hours?  
      The rubbish rangers call center, (352) 241-8600, is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am EST until 8:00 pm EST.  In the case of an emergency an after-hours answering service is available 24 hours per day. Emergency services are based upon location and availability and additional fees may apply.all orders must occur at during business hours.
  • What if I need an extra haul?

  • What if the driver comes for delivery or removal and I am not ready for the container to be dropped or removed?
    All trip charges will incur a minimum additional cost of $150 per trip. If you are not ready to have your container picked up you may change an order either on line or by calling (352) 241-8600. Please have your info  available when cancelling or making changes. If a container is kept past 30 days, additional rental or service fees will apply.
  • What if I need to keep my container longer/have it removed sooner?
    If you want to modify the date your container is picked up, you may do so either on line or by calling (352)241-8600. Please have your order info available when making changes. If a container is kept past 30 days, additional rental or service fees will apply.
  • Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container? 
    It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the container. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery questions, as the driver will use their best judgment and place the container in the safest accessible area when delivering the container. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal; customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the equipment on the scheduled pick-up day; if equipment is inaccessible customer is subject to additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.
  • How many tons can I put in my container? 
    Certain materials such as concrete and dirt can be very heavy and can quite possibly exceed weight limits for public roadways in your area.  Heavy loads also place undue safety risks for all traffic. Before placing any of these heavier materials in any containers, please review the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact rubbish rangers at (352) 241-8600 for guidance. Under no conditions should a container be loaded above the fill line, even with light material.
  • Will I be billed for extra weight? 
    Yes, if your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order you will be billed for the additional costs associated with that disposal per the terms of the agreement.
  • What are my payment options?  
    rubbish rangers accepts cash checks pay pal and  all major credit cards including: American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.  Please have your card in front of you when placing or adding to your order.
  • What does the price include? 
  • The price includes a one-time delivery, and pick-up for the selected container size and the agreed upon disposal allowance plus fuel and environmental fees and taxes.  All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.
  • Will it damage my new driveway? 
    The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full container can be quite heavy.  It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4’ x 8’ sheet(s) of plywood. The Customer affirms that any right of way provided by customer (disclosed in delivery questions) for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire container placement site. The contractor shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route associated to perform the service that was contracted.
  • Can I put the container on the street?
    Please check with your local municipality. Permits are often required.
  • How large of a space do I need for delivery of the container?
    Please refer to the container dimensions listed below listed on the website. It is recommended to provide space to accommodate double the amount of the width and height of the container to assure adequate height and space clearance.
  • Are there any items I cannot put into my container? 
    Yes, only solid waste items are permitted into containers. Items that are NOT permitted are radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous materials. No free liquids of any kind are allowed in the container. Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions.
  • What are the unacceptable materials items for roll off containers? 
    Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids. Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top.
